Conor has over 27 years of experience as a senior marine engineering Naval Officer and holds an MA in Leadership, Management & Defense Studies. He has become one of the very few Machinery Lubricant Analysts, at a Level 3 (MLA III) globally! One of only 218. Holding a Green Belt as a Lean practitioner at Lean Six Sigma, Conor thrives in the world of precision engineering and operational excellence and is driving ARQ’s acceleration onto the global market. He is a certified Asset Management professional and has been accredited by Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IEng)
Ronan Carey

With over 20 years as a senior marine engineering Naval Officer, Ronan’s expertise is in the field of business engineering excellence. Holding an Honours BEng in Engineering and an Honours in MSc Business Information Systems, Ronan is steering ARQ as a global leader in pre-emptive reliable engineering IOT offerings and services. Ronan is one of only 218 globally who are registered as a Machinery Lubricant Analyst Level 3 (MLA III) and holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, is a Certified Asset Management professional and has a professional accreditation by Engineers Ireland (CEng).
